* Features:
  * Automated email notices are now sent to Basic account users when their storage usage is near or above the limit
  * The support email link was updated to basespace-support.illumina.com
* Bugs Fixed:
  * Fixed issue where indexing QC information wasn't appearing on some Run Details pages
  * Fixed issue where the Y-axis of charts in Run Monitoring did not update when "Fix Scale" was checked but a different chart type was selected
  * Fixed issue where a private domain user could share by link to a public domain user, and vice versa
  * Fixed issue in which the Privacy Policy link on app details screen did not work
