Fixed a confusing error message when uploading a NovaSeqX manual mode run without a sample sheet.

Starting in August, uploads from instruments running Windows versions 7 or earlier will no longer be supported.
After uploading files, BaseSpace displays a blank analysis page. Reload the page to see upload information and files.
